PACKAGING: 

We package with care. Most items are double packed to ensure there is no breakage. 
 

RETURNS POLICY:

 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will issue you a credit to your account as soon as we receive the product in the mail. However, we only give refunds on housewares that are damaged or have been grossly misrepresented. We do not pay shipping charges back to the destination. But we will give you credit towards your next purchase on damaged returns only. Please shop carefully! Jewelry is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you do not like a item you have purchased from Gems and Treasures you can return it for a full refund. Once again we do not pay for shipping charges back to us.

PROCESSING A RETURN:
 
Go to the "Process Return" tab on the home page. Fill in the required fields as noted on the return form. We will contact you with a RMA number that you will then place on the box for return. Keep in mind that we ship from two different locations. Most Housewares are shipped from our warehouse in Simi Valley California. Most Jewerly and Home Fragrances are shipped from our  Ft. Worth Texas location. Again shop carefully, but confidently. We will be here to answer all questions and assist you with the best and friendly customer service possible! We love our Customers! We want to continue doing business with you for years to come !

OUT OF STOCK: 

In the rare case an item is out of stock. We will promptly give a refund to your account. Unless you would like to purchase a similar item. In that case we will give you a $10% discount on that purchase.
